“I’m lovin’Eng.” — the 18th exhibition of elite students study tour –was held in CYUT Poding Memorial Library recently. This exhibition focused on students’ overseas study experiences and feedbacks in Regent University during their stay in UK for 25 days. We sincerely invite you to join the British ways.
Jing-Sheng Chang, supervisor of the 18th elite students of CYUT, expressed his gratitude to CYUT for offering such a great opportunity for students to study abroad. Besides upgrading language proficiency and intensifying international perspectives, students can communicate with international students from all over the world to experience, to respect, and to learn diversified cultures.
Wen-Der Yu, Dean of Office of International and Cross-Strait Cooperation, said studying abroad and experiencing different cultures has long been dreams of many college students. However, financial problems prevent them from making their dreams come true. In order to help students fulfill their dreams, CYUT has initiated Elite Student Program since 2000. Every year, CYUT selects twenty two students and train them to be equipped with leadership, language capability, communication skills and international etiquette and then offers them scholarship to stay in our overseas sister universities for one month to enjoy and learn cultural experiences.
