With economy taking off, public construction and engineering in Vietnam are booming; thus an urgent need to cultivate professionals in civil engineering, chemistry, and landscape architecture has been raised. Vietnam’s Đồng Tháp Provincial Education Delegation, led by Vice Governor Jin-Bao, paid a special visit to Chaoyang University of Technology. This group also consisted of Deputy Director of the Department of Education of Đồng Tháp Province, Qing-Ming Qi, Chairman of the Taiwan-Vietnam Association, Pin-Zhen Wu, and 22 local high school principals. It has been hoped to intensify further exchanges and to lay foundations for future mutual cooperation between Taiwan and Vietnam.
