朝陽科技大學防疫小組公告

    本校於5月22日公告請師生填寫篩檢調查系統，因本校師生校園篩檢結果均為陰性，台中市政府已解除對本校的管制，因此該系統階段性任務結束，將予以關閉，資料即刻刪除。

    提醒全校師生持續落實個人防疫保護措施，如有身體不適請速就醫，或倘若被衛生局匡列為居家檢疫、居家隔離，及自主健康管理者，請至本校健康管理系統登錄( https://line.me/R/ti/p/%40420owmto )。

    未來師生如因疫情有需要幫助或有特殊狀況，請直接聯繫衛保組（分機5032~5034），並請持續做好個人防護工作，健康平安地度過此波疫情。

    This is to inform you that the survey on the COVID-19 rapid test sent on 2021.05.22 is no longer required as results of tests conducted on campus were all negative, and the Taichung City Government had removed control over the school. The survey system will soon be closed, and the information collected will be terminated. 
 
    Please continue personal preventive measures. Seek medical attention if you are feeling unwell. If you are requested by the Health Bureau to home-quarantine, isolate, or self-health monitoring, please update your status in the CYUT Health Management System (https://line.me/R/ti/p/%40420owmto).
