因應疫情發展,本校所有課程實施遠距教學延長至學期末(6月27日)

主旨:因應疫情發展,本校所有課程實施遠距教學延長至學期末(6月27日),授課相關注意事項請查照辦理,請各系所督促所屬專兼任教師做好遠距教學,以維護授課品質。

說明:

一、 本校自5月17日起至6月27日止,所有課程採行全面線上教學,6月21日-6月27日期末考,請授課教師彈性處理。本處課務組會加強線上查堂。

二、 執行同步教學,務必留下授課紀錄且應注意學生線上出席狀況、觀課與討論情形、評量方式等各面向情形,並保留相關紀錄以利日後查驗。

三、 非同步教學,請務必放講解的教材或影片(不能只放ppt),另外還要有點名或討論等上課紀錄,可建議老師善用TronClass功能,可以使用線上測驗(先設定,上課時間到了再讓學生上線測驗)、線上討論、或是課堂作業繳交方式,來評估教學成效。

四、 全校所有教室均不開放使用。專業教室授權各管理單位處理,惟仍需遵守室內 5 人以下群聚活動,採固定座位且為梅花座、實聯制、全程佩戴口罩、禁止飲食之防疫規定。

五、 請授課教師遵守遠距教學規範,確保教學品質,並提醒學生注意防疫事宜。且課程仍應維持在原時段授課為原則。請修課學生依據開課單位或授課教師之通知確認開始遠距教學之確切時間,有關課程之重大調整事宜,請開課單位適時因應。

六、請各系所轉知所屬專兼任教師配合事項:

 (一)每堂課請確實利用本校「教職員資訊系統-線上點名系統」(網址如下:https://teacher.cyut.edu.tw/EmpMainPage.aspx)或TronClass教學平台進行點名,以掌握學生出缺勤情形。

 (二)請教師實施彈性授課,遠距教學實施方式建議說明請參閱https://tronclass.cyut.edu.tw/course/16581。或洽詢創新教學中心分機4064-4067。

 

Subject: Due to the epidemic development, distance learning for all courses is extended to 2021.06.27. All instructors are reminded to perform online teaching properly to ensure quality.

Illustrations:

1.  Online teaching for all courses is adopted from 2021.05.17 to 2021.06.27. Instructors are advised to allow flexibility when handling the final exam to be held from 2021.06.21 to 2021.06.27. The Curriculum Section will strengthen online inspection.

2.  For live classes, it is necessary to keep teaching record. Pay attention to students’ online attendance, involvement in discussions and assessments, etc. Keep records for future reference and checking.

3.  For non-live classes, instructors are required to upload teaching materials or video (ppt only is not accepted) in advance. Keep students’ attendance record or class discussion record. Instructors are encouraged to make use of the TronClass Platform in online tests, online discussions, submissions of assignments, etc., to assess the learning efficiency.

4.  All lecture rooms and classrooms are closed. For special purposes teaching room, the responsible department should manage properly and could not allow more than 5 persons using it. Please arrange seats in a crisscross pattern, register users’ contact information, make sure they wear masks at all times and disallow eating and drinking.

5.  Instructors should follow regulations when delivering online teaching to ensure quality. Remind students to implement epidemic preventive measures. Time schedules for online teaching shall remain the same as the original schedules. Nevertheless, students should pay attention to related announcements from the course instructor or the department from time to time.
