※大學部：5/31(五)前至圖書館個人借閱紀錄或至2F借還書櫃台查詢有無欠書欠款 ，『欠書/欠款者』請盡速歸還圖書並繳交逾期罰款。

※研究所：7/31(三)前至 圖書館個人借閱紀錄或至2F借還書櫃台查詢有無欠書欠款。另，需完成『電子論文上傳』才得以離校喔！

有任何問題，請於圖書館開館時間至2F櫃台洽詢或撥打校內分機3151~3152(暑假則依暑假開館時間辦理，開館時間請見服務時間網頁)。

Undergraduate students：please check your personal library borrowing record for any outstanding books or fines by Thursday, May 29.

Graduate students：please check your personal library borrowing record for any outstanding books or fines by Thursday, July 31. In addition, graduate students must complete the electronic thesis submission and sign the Electronic Thesis Authorization Form. The signed form must be submitted to the 2nd-floor library service desk in order to complete the school leaving process.

For any questions regarding the school leaving process, please visit the library in person during opening hours or call extension 3151 or 3152. Library Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 08:30 PM
