FinTech is developing in a lightning speed and it becomes necessary to strengthen cooperation with the industry for catching the rapidly changing trend. Recently, the College of Management has cooperated with STAR BIT Innovation Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise of blockchain industry, in establishing a “FinTech Teaching Platform”. This platform provides students with practical experiences in operating a system that combines traditional finance with cutting-edge technologies.

    Supported by the CYUT Blockchain, the platform consists of five subsystems including Blockchain Accounting System, Cryptocurrency Exchange System, Intelligent Enterprises Evaluation System, Digital Claims System for Student Insurance and Campus Safety Incident Reporting Platform. These applications not only minimized time spent on manual processing and enhanced the efficiency of campus service, but also strengthened students’ competitiveness that enables them to get into this new normal of FinTech.
