Online teaching from 2022.05.16 to 2022.05.28

Responding to the rapid spreading of COVID-19, the school will adopt online teaching from 2022.05.16 to 2022.05.28. Teachers shall deliver online teaching properly to maintain quality. The arrangement may change from time to time following the instruction of the Taiwan CDC and the Ministry of Education.

  1. The following measures are according to the notice from the Ministry of Education dated 2022.05.05 and the 12th meeting of the COVID-19 Prevention Team:
  2. The school will adopt online teaching from 2022.05.16 to 2022.05.28. Teachers shall prepare and make use of TronClass to teach and publish announcements.
  3. Teachers may apply for in-person classes with the Curriculum Services Section for courses with special teaching needs or professional equipment (application form attached). Be sure you have assessed the necessity, participants' safety, the safety of the teaching site, and that related regulations and participants' wishes are met before raising the application. Please refer to the department head if there are doubts or inquiries.
  4. The final examination (2022.05.16 - 2022.05.21) will be online or in other flexible arrangements. If the in-class exam is to be maintained, teachers should communicate with students in advance and get their understanding. Raise the in-class examination application to the Curriculum Services Section.

  1. To maintain learning efficiency, please pay attention to students’ online attendance, involvement and assessments, etc. Keep records for future reference.
