Extension of online teaching to the end of this semester (2022.06.18)

  1. According to the notice from the Ministry of Education dated 2022.05.18 and the 14th meeting of the COVID-19 Prevention Team, the school is announcing the following:

  1. Online teaching of all courses extends to 2022.06.18. Teachers shall teach and publish announcements through TronClass.

  1. Teachers may apply for in-person classes with the Curriculum Services Section for courses with special teaching needs or professional equipment (application form attached). Be sure you have assessed the necessity, participants’ safety, the safety of the teaching site, and that related regulations and participants' wishes are met before raising the application. Please refer to the department head if there are doubts or inquiries.

  1. The final examination (2022.06.13 - 2022.06.18) will be online or in other flexible ways. If teachers prefer in-class exams, they should communicate with students in advance and get their understanding. Limit students’ mobility and avoid clustering to reduce the risk of transmission. Raise the in-class examination application to the Curriculum Services Section.

  1. Teachers should pay attention to the following:

  1. To maintain learning efficiency, please pay attention to students’ online attendance, involvement and assessments, etc. Keep records for future reference.
