Application for department transfer in the 1st semester of academic year 2024

  1. Application Date: 2024.5.6 (Mon) to 2024.5.10 (Fri)
  2. Year 1, 2 and 3 students in the 4-year undergraduate program and Year 1 master’s program students are eligible to apply.
  3. Applications for department transfer are limited to a maximum of two departments. Applicants must state clearly their preference order on the application form. The preference order cannot be changed once submitted. If both departments agree to the transfer, it will be handled based on the preference order in the application form.
  4. For details of transfer quota, assessment criteria, and application form, please contact the Admissions Section or the Joint Office of the Evening Division.
  5. Please complete the application form indicating the preference order and obtaining the parental signature and submit it with all required documents (transcript included) to the department you are transferring to for review. If there are two preferences, please submit two application forms along with the required documents.
  6. Information on transfer examinations will be announced separately. Students should pay attention to the announced examination dates, times, and venues and attend on time.
