Notice regarding paperless policy for transcripts and payment notices

In alignment with the amendment to the Civil Code lowering the age of majority to 18 and the implementation of a paperless policy, we have ceased mailing printed transcripts and payment notices starting this academic year.

1. Transcripts:

  • Students may access and print up to three free copies per semester using automatic payment machines or information kiosks.

2. Viewing Semester Grades:

  • Students may grant their parents access to view semester grades by selecting the appropriate checkbox in the Student Information System. Once enabled, parents can view grades through the Parent Information System.
  • To access their own grades, students must complete the following requirements:
    - Teaching Evaluations: Must be completed before exams begin.

- Self-Audit of Graduation Requirements: Applicable to third-year students and above, this must be completed at least one day prior to the exam period. Failure to complete the self-audit on time will result in restricted access, and students will only be able to complete it after the teacher input period concludes.

3. Payment Notices:

  • Students may print their payment bills online through one of the following methods:
  1. Student Information System-> Tuition Fees-> Payment Bill Printing (including summer courses)-> Payment Inquiry
  2. eTuition and Fees Portal: for Day Division students
  3. CTBC Bank Tuition Fee Collection: for Evening Division students

Complete your registration payment, including finalizing student loans or tuition and fee waivers, by Tuesday, February 11.
