Stanford University has released the 2025 World’s Top 2% Scientists list, recognizing outstanding researchers worldwide. CYUT is proud to announce that 12 of its faculty members have been ranked in both the Career-Long Impact Ranking (1960–2024) and the Annual Impact Ranking. This international recognition highlights CYUT’s strong commitment to research excellence and its growing influence on the global academic stage.

The rankings, based on data from Scopus, evaluate more than 7 million scientists worldwide using indicators such as total citations, h-index, and composite scores reflecting overall citation impact and author contribution. The honored CYUT scholars represent diverse fields, including Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing, Operations Research, Business and Management, Materials Science, Telecommunications, and Electrical Engineering. Their inclusion underscores CYUT’s dedication to advancing impactful research and its determination to emerge as a world-class university.
