2. Eligibility

Undergraduate students who meet the following criteria may apply for early graduation by one semester or academic year:

• Have completed all required courses and credits for graduation, with academic rankings within the top 10% each semester.
• Have earned a conduct score of 80 or above each semester.

3. Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted within one week after the mid-term examinations of the semester in which the student intends to graduate early. Applications will first be reviewed by the department, followed by the Office of Academic Affairs.

4.     Special Circumstances:
Students who are part of the graduating class of the 2026 academic year but have not completed 8 semesters due to a suspension of studies may also apply for early graduation by one semester if they meet the criteria mentioned in point 2.

5.     Application Procedure:
Please visit the Admissions Section (2F, Admin Building) or the Joint Office of Evening Division to obtain the application form, or download it from the Admissions Section webpage. Submit the completed form along with all required supporting documents to your department office for initial review.

6.     Remarks:
Students applying for early graduation are still required to complete the second semester of the 2025 academic year and await final approval from the Office of Academic Affairs. Results will be announced by mid-July.
