End-of-Semester Course Evaluation

  • The survey includes three sections: feedback on the instructor’s teaching, course objectives, and how the course relates to core competencies.
  • Students should log in to the Student Information System and go to the “Course Evaluation” section to complete the survey.
  • Graduating students must complete the evaluation by June 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM, while all other students must do so by June 21, 2026, at 11:00 PM. Students who do not complete the evaluation will not be able to access their grades early through the Student Information System.
  • Please provide your feedback in an objective and respectful manner. Students are responsible for any comments that may be defamatory, abusive, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Once a course evaluation is submitted, it cannot be changed or retrieved. Please make sure the course, instructor, and your responses are correct before submitting the survey.
