International competitions welcome interdisciplinary innovation, SDGs issues, environmental concerns, humanities education, new approaches to traditional brands, and other creative and innovative works. Submitted content can include collaborative products, physical works, 3D compositions, environmental planning designs, information technology, mobile interfaces, exhibition designs, etc.
The following competitions welcome entries:
- iF Design Student Award 2025
- Red Dot Design Concept Award 2025
- Red Dot Brands and Communication Design Award 2025
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled students, including master's and doctoral students, can participate individually or in groups.
- The number of members varies according to the competition requirements, as follows:
- iF Design: Group not more than 4 members.
- Red Dot Design Concept: Group not more than 5 members.
- Red Dot Brands and Communication: Group not more than 8 members, including teachers.
Enrolment Deadline
- iF Design and Red Dot Design Concept: From now until Dec 12, 2024 (Thu), 3:00 PM.
- Red Dot Brands and Communication: From now until Feb 24, 2025 (Mon), 5:00 PM.

Remarks
- Submission requirements vary for different competitions. Please download the enrolment package and go through the details.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per person/group, and the content must be original and not plagiarized.
- Submissions can be in Chinese or English. Please ensure that the layout is explanatory and highlights the usage and features of the entry, such as material characteristics, environmental conservation, social impact, innovative value, etc.
How to submit?
- Submissions must be made electronically.
- The enrolment package includes a folder, namely Submission Items. Place the relevant files in this folder in the specified order.
- Declaration Form and Personal Data Collection Consent Form: All members (including teachers) must sign and scan it into a PDF or provide a personal electronic signature and place it in the enrolment form (word file) and convert it into a PDF.
- Compress the above documents into a .zip file or provide a cloud download link, and label the file with the competition name, class, name(s), and entry name. Please send it to cyut.inv@gmail.com. Make sure all required information is included.
- One enrolment form for one entry only.
- Those who pass the school's selection and participate in the competition on behalf of CYUT can receive relevant subsidies.
